When taking care of an order, remember these three steps:
- Invoice
- Fulfill
First, invoice and receive the payment. Be sure to enter the fees (found on Stripe) and order number.
Second, fulfill and package the order. This step will not take place if the order is for a Download Only.
Third, email the customer back to confirm the order has been received and is on its way. We have three different Macros for the email on Zendesk, they are:
- Download Only - This is for when they get just the download of a kit.
- Download and Shippable Kit - For a download and USB/CD version
- Non-Kit orders - Anything that is not a download or USB/CD
