We here at Hard Hat Safety Provisions want to make sure our users have everything they need to make an informed decision about what training solution is right for them. This guide will help you to know what you need to get the best training, and price, possible.
Onsite Training
Our OSHA-compliant onsite trainer will come to your worksite and take care of all your heavy equipment operator licensing training (safety training webinars are also available). Get your workers trained for OSHA safety compliance.
We come to you from Rexburg, Idaho (travel costs are included so 5-10+ trainees are recommended) to train your workers on your own equipment. On-Site Training is a great option if you prefer not to do your own classroom training or online training.
This hands-on training is taught by our experienced OSHA-Compliant trainer professionally and quickly. We offer onsite health and safety training for nearly every training topic we offer (100+) including hands-on forklift training, crane training, excavator training, CPR training, lead training, asbestos training, confined space training, and more.
You can find a complete list of our training topics on our topics page. Of course, we can conduct onsite training for more than one topic during your on-site training class.
- PRICING: This will vary depending on location and time.
Training Kits
Our training kits are a great option if you are looking for a cost-effective and convenient way to train your employees or customers. Our training kits (available on CD, USB Drive, or via Instant Download) provide simple instructions with all the tools necessary to train and certify your Employees for OSHA compliance.
Each safety training kit differs slightly, but generally speaking, they each contain all of the materials we use when we go on-site and offer training. More specifically, these materials consist of but are not limited to: the main PowerPoint presentation, including instructor notes, student manual files, regulations, written and practical exams and answer keys, pre-shift inspection booklets, classroom forms for proper recording, safe operation posters, and wall and wallet certificate templates, just to name a few.
- PRICING: $425-$450 USD/ $475-$500 CAD
Train the Trainer Kit
In a nutshell, the trainer will take the online training course to become more familiar with the equipment and learn how to teach the required topics. Once completed, they will gain access to their certificate of completion, as well as the training kit, which is a download file that contains all training material necessary to train your operators, including an in-depth PowerPoint presentation.
- PRICING: $700.00 – $725.00 USD/ $850.00 – $875.00 CAD
Individual Online Training
Our online training provides a quick, simple, and effective way to get yourself or your worker's certification. Don’t settle for courses that promise certification but are only 15 minutes long. Those types of courses often come up short when OSHA comes for an audit. Our training approach gives an interactive experience. Learners are able to retain the information and apply it on the job site.
Hiring a trainer to come on-site can be expensive. In contrast, our online curriculum lowers costs while still providing a professional training experience.
We also offer an easy-to-use management system so that if you have multiple students who are receiving the training you can have access to all records, certificates observation guides, and more.
- PRICING: This will depend on the course but generally it is going to be either $79 USD ($99 CAD) or $39 ($49 CAD) per person.
Group Training
This is a great option if you are wanting to train your employees all at once. You let us know the names of the employees that need training. We set everything up and send you the group login and an invoice. We also send you the exam, answer key, and a practical exam guide. You log them in and start the training, then administer the exam. Once done, let us know. We send the certificate and wallet card.
- PRICING: This will depend on the course but generally it is going to be either $79 USD ($99 CAD) or $39 ($49 CAD) per person.
This is a lot of information so do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
