As part of our culture here at Safety Provisions, we motivate our employees to build lasting relationships with their coworkers. As a way to stimulate that social interaction between Customer Support and other departments they have a question of the day. Here are some ideas to help pick out your question of the day.
Quality Questions should be:
- Funny
- Interesting
- Unique
- Outside of the box
- Avoid yes or no questions
- Random
- Thought provoking
- New
These are only some ideas that can help you find a great question. It goes without saying that these questions should be appropriate for work and not make anyone feel uncomfortable. These questions will be posted in the Customer Support office, and if you're lucky there will have a variety of candy to choose from to thank you for your visit.
Come in at any time throughout the day to answer their question. If some of the agents are busy with a phone call it may be best to wait a few minutes before entering their office. Most calls should be resolved in about 5-15 minutes on average. If the office is working from home that day, remember to post it in the general channel so everyone can still participate.
