Talent requires our final exam to be in a certain format for it to upload correctly. This is called an Aiken exam. The guidelines for an Aiken exam are very specific. Even one extra space could throw off a question.
- Open Notes.
- Do a File > Save As. Save the note to
- K:\1__Online\2 - exams-aiken\English
- The file name should be "Aiken - Name of Training"
- Open the Alt Exam Answer Key word document from the kit.
- Copy the exam and paste it into the note you created.
- Reformat the questions so they meet the specifications of the picture above.
Important: Multiple-response questions are not an accepted question type in the AIKEN format. When you create a multiple-response question in the AIKEN exam, you will also need to edit the answers inside of Talent to check off all of the correct answers.
