Corporate materials include all types of content that we use during our day-to-day business and that feature our logo or design. They help our customers and associates identify our brand, and they provide important information like our phone number and address. This article will explain the purpose and design elements of some of the corporate materials that we use.
Safety Provisions Documents
Letterhead
The Safety Provisions letterhead and stationary are usually only used in corporate interactions. Unless otherwise told to, you should not use this stationary and letterhead. If you do, ensure that you have the correct logo and that you use Roboto font as your primary typeface. It should be used in the header and other standout text. Franklin Gothic is the secondary typeface. It should be used for secondary and body text.
Business cards
Safety Provisions business cards are used exclusively by management. Only the media department should make and approve changes to these cards.
Email signatures
Safety Provisions email signatures are used exclusively by management. They should include the name of the person sending the email, as well as their job title, the company's phone number, the URL for the company website, and the company's address. If you need one of these created with your name, contact the media department.
Hard Hat Training
Hard Hat Training is the company that sells most of our training courses and products. As such, these are the materials that you will mainly use when interacting with customers and other associates outside the company.
