Talent is the primary learning management system (LMS) that we use to host our training courses. There are several functions that we can perform in Talent to manage our users' experience with their courses.
Below are several videos that will cover what you need to know about Talent. We cover topics ranging from updating courses, to branch management, and reports. Watch these videos to gain a basic understanding of how to navigate Talent's most useful pages and some available tools at your disposal. General Guide

While you may spend most of your time in Talent as an administrator or instructor, it is important to understand the learner's side as well. Keep that in mind as you watch this video.
Course Creation & Updating
In quality assurance, we usually will not create new courses in Talent. However, it is our job to ensure that any new course content is uploaded correctly and that it meets our high standards of quality. As such, the following videos will cover the functionality behind what you will need to verify in Talent.

Again, updating each of these sections will change how our learners experience the course in Talent. If we aren't careful, it can lead to problems down the road such as incorrect quiz questions, outdated training materials, and so on, which can lead to an unsatisfied customer.

Reports
