For all videos we create, we follow a specific style. That style not only includes the fonts, colors, and logos outlined in the Corporate Style Guide, but also additional aspects like intros, outros, transitions, and headings that help our video trainings remain consistent.
Intros
Every type of video (full size, pre-shift, basic, brief) has a slightly different introduction. There are also different intros for videos published under different brands. The video files for all of these intros can be found here: M: > 02-Frequent Use > Animation > Intros and Outros > Intros.
Intros and outros give us an opportunity to remind the customer who we are. It also helps to brand all of our content so we look cohesive and organized.

As you can see, the introduction of a video not only displays our brand information, but also introduces the specific training topic. For the most part, you will be using a template for all introductions, but knowing how each introduction looks and sounds will help you ensure that you are using the correct one.
Headings & Subheadings
The training will then go through a series of sections and subsections that pertain to the topic. - Are all training videos organized this way, or just the longer ones? Main sections normally take up the entire screen. Subsections headings normally just appear on the bottom right or left of the screen, have a dark background and a orange bar. The small script should have the beginning of each word capitalized, while the main text should be in all caps.
A couple of other questions about this paragraph: Are these headings part of a pre-existing video file, or do the media guys overlay them on the video they're editing? How long does each heading stay on screen? Do we need to go into more detail about how to add a heading? These all might be non-issues, but they did come into my mind as a reader with no other prior knowledge.

Each of these elements is important for keeping your video in line with the company style guide. Transitions are also an important aspect of style. You can learn more about the transitions we use in the article titled "Transitions" on Zendesk.
